Venue rules & reminders

  • Keep the venue clean: respect all participants and competition spaces. No littering; no eating or drinking in the waiting area. Help keep waiting areas and the competition floor tidy.
  • Each team plays 6 teamwork qualification matches and at most one finals match. Watch your match times and call-ups.
  • Skills Challenge runs alongside Qualification Matches; the Skills queue closes at 15:15.
  • The organiser will call teams in real time via the event WhatsApp Community Channel — stay alert.
  • Judged interviews: there is no separate interview room; judges will come to the waiting area to interview teams.

Priority interviews: teams that have submitted an engineering notebook on the event day will be prioritised for judged interviews.
